Hardware Limited Warranty

Attagram is a product of Half Corporation, LLC (“Half Corporation,” “we,” “us”). Half Corporation warrants the Attagram printer (“Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”).
Who is covered
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the printer mechanism, circuit board, and enclosure.
- Defects in the included power adapter.
- Failures arising from ordinary residential use consistent with our instructions.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, impact, or liquid exposure.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper voltage, or non-residential use.
- Damage from unauthorized modification, repair, or use of non-approved accessories or paper.
- Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and fading.
- Consumables, including thermal paper rolls.
- Loss of data or content sent through or stored by the Attagram service.
- Products with a removed, altered, or illegible serial number.
- Normal wear and tear of the print head and moving parts after heavy use.
How to make a claim
Email hello@attagram.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible. We will respond with next steps, which may include troubleshooting, return instructions, or shipment of a replacement.
Our remedy
If a covered defect is confirmed during the Warranty Period, we will, at our option and sole discretion, either (a) repair the Product, (b) replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent functionality, or (c) refund the original purchase price. This is your exclusive remedy.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST DATA, LOST TIME, OR LOSS OF USE.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Your statutory rights
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, the above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law, and this warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Governing law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
