Attagram is a product of Half Corporation, LLC (“Half Corporation,” “we,” “us”). This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using the Attagram service, including the mobile app, the printer, and our cloud platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to transmit, store, or display content that:

  • Sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor in any form. We report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
  • Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates any person.
  • Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
  • Contains hate speech or targets a person or group based on protected characteristics.
  • Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
  • Constitutes spam, unsolicited advertising, or phishing.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

Prohibited conduct

  • Accessing the Service by means other than our published app or authorized hardware.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting data from the Service.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Circumventing rate limits, authentication, or other security measures.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the Service without our written consent.
  • Creating accounts by automated means or impersonating another person.
  • Using the Service to send content to a household you do not belong to or do not have authorization to contact.

Reporting abuse

If you believe content sent through the Service violates this AUP, email us at hello@attagram.com with as much detail as possible, including the account involved and the nature of the abuse. We review every report.

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, block devices, or take any other action we deem appropriate to enforce this AUP or to comply with law. Terminated accounts are not entitled to a refund. We will cooperate with law enforcement and respond to lawful process.

Our role

Attagram is a platform for parent-to-child messaging within a household. We do not author, review, or endorse the content that parents send through the Service, except as required to enforce this AUP and applicable law. We rely on protections available under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and equivalent laws.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
