Help & FAQ

How does Attagram work?

Parents send messages from the Attagram app (iOS). The message travels through the cloud to your Attagram printer over Wi-Fi. The printer prints it on thermal paper — the same kind used for receipts. Kids tear it off and do the thing.

What do I need to set it up?

A Wi-Fi network, a power outlet, and the Attagram app on your phone. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

What paper does it use?

Standard 57mm thermal paper rolls — the same kind in most receipt printers. A starter roll is included. Replacement rolls are cheap and widely available.

Does it need ink?

Nope. Our printer uses heat, not ink. No cartridges, no toner, no maintenance. Just paper.

Can multiple parents use it?

Yes. Multiple parents can connect to the same Attagram through the app. Both parents, a grandparent, a babysitter — anyone you invite to the family.

Can kids send messages back?

Not yet — Attagram is one-way for now. Parents send, kids receive on paper. We’re exploring ways for kids to respond in the future.

What ages is this for?

We designed Attagram with kids ages 5–12 in mind — old enough to read and do chores, young enough that a phone isn’t the answer. But families use it for all ages.
